Two children drown after falling into rain hole in Malir’s Bin Qasim Colony in Karachi.

The children were busy playing when they fell into the hole. Locals retrieved the bodies a self-help basis. The victims were identified as Sameer and Naseer.

Authorities have been under fire since July 26 when downpour inflicted serious damage.

The government held the opposition responsible for the mess while the opposition said the ruling party was incapable of governing.
