Asad Qaiser and Parvez Khattak ‘arrested’

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) office-bearers Asad Qaiser and Parvez Khattak have been arrested, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
According to sources in PTI, They left for negotiations at 11 am.
They went to an undisclosed location for talks, a spokesperson said.
Authorities have launched a crackdown on PTI office-bearers after violent protests against the arrest of ex-PM Imran Khan in a corruption case on May 9.
The PTI activists damaged public property, state assets and sensitive installations.
They also stormed GHQ in Rawalpindi, Corps Commander House in Lahore and Radio Pakistan in Peshawar.
The PTI riots claimed innocent lives and left a trail of destruction.
