The PML-N lawmakers and leaders are disgruntled with the party policies like never before as one more MPA Azhar Abbas Chandia met with Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar and expressed displeasure on the PML-N’s party line against state institutions, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The development came after days PML-N Balochistan President Abdul Qadir Baloch decided to resign from the party. He took the decision after PML-N's decision not to invite former Balochistan chief minister Sanaullah Zehri in a Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) power show in Quetta.
Azhar Abbas Chandia briefed Chief Minister Usman Buzdar about the problems of his constituency and expressed confidence in Usman Buzdar’s policies, the TV channel reported.
Chandia was elected on PP-269 (Muzaffargarh-II) constituency in 2018 general elections.
Sardar Usman Buzdar said for the first time, resources have been diverted to Muzaffargarh and other cities of South Punjab.
“National Institutions are our pride and conspiracy will be thwarted. The opposition parties are cutting down the tree on which they are sitting and the attitude of opposition leaders is against the national interest,” Buzdar added.
It is pertinent to note earlier five PML-N MPAs met with Punjab’s chief minister, included Mian Jaleel Ahmad Sharqpuri, Ch Ashraf Ali Ansari, Muhammad Ghiasuddin, Nishat Ahmad Khan Daha, and Muhammad Faisal Khan Niazi.
The MPAs briefed the chief minister of the problems and pending development schemes in their constituencies while the CM assured them of resolving the issues.
