Women pickpockets gang smashed in Sargodha

The police claimed to have smashed a racket of women pickpockets, active at District Headquarters Teaching Hospital Sargodha since long. The police with the help of hospital authorities managed to arrest five members of the women gang.

The hospital sources informed that the gang had deprived hundreds of poor patients and their attendants of valuables at the hospital.

The police officials said these women had been involved in this heinous act for a long time. At last, the security guard at the hospital caught one of the thieves red handed as she was pickpocketing a citizen.

The police claimed that for a long time, this 5-member gang of women thieves had become a symbol of terror. They were identified as: Bakhtawar, Rehana, Fauzia, Tahira, and Sumera.

The police have taken the women, all residents of Sargodha into custody and started further investigation.
