PM heaps praise on armed forces during visit to Command and Staff College Quetta

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited Command and Staff College Quetta on Friday.

The prime minister laid a wreath at the martyrs' monument to pay homage to the heroes of Pakistan.

In his address to the officers attending Command and Staff Course 2021-2022, the premier heaped praise on the armed forces for being the guarantors of peace and internal and external security.

The forces have been playing a vital part in ensuring regional stability and global peace efforts. Paying rich tribute to the achievements and sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces, PM said:  “Our successes in the war against terrorism are unparalleled, duly acknowledged by the world.  

“The armed forces have always done a commendable job in service of the nation during natural calamities. They are the pride of the nation. Country’s defence is sacred and Pakistan’s security, sovereignty, and integrity will be ensured at all costs.”
