IHC orders to inform court before arresting Imaan Mazari in any case

The Islamabad High Court made it necessary to inform the court before arresting human rights advocate Imaan Mazari in any case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A hearing was held Monday on the petition filed by Mazari seeking details of cases registered against her and protective bail application.
During the hearing, IHC judge, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb issued an order directing the authorities to inform the court before arresting Mazari in any secret FIR.
The court disposed of the application with these instructions.
At the outset of the proceedings, Additional Attorney General Munawwar Iqbal Dugal informed the court that in compliance with its previous order, they had written to the provinces in order to seek details of cases against Mazari.
He said that the petitioner should not give such statements.
