Army Chief Gen Asim holds consultation meeting with PM

Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir and the ISI chief Wednesday held a consultation meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Army Chief briefed the Prime Minister on professional matters and made a consultation on the border and internal security situation.
The sources said in the meeting, the Prime Minister appreciated the preparation and professional affairs of the Pakistan Army.
The sources said Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Director General Nadeem Anjum was also present in the meeting.
