Opposition parties want APC on Balochistan

The grand alliance of opposition parties have expressed concern over the situation in Balochistan, former National Assembly speaker Asad Qaiser said.
“We will talk to the National Assembly speaker to call a special meeting on Balochistan,” he said while talking to the media after the opposition parties moot on Wednesday.
He added: “We have formed a special committee which will work on convening APC on Balochistan.”
“The special committee will be headed by Mahmood Khan Achakzai, PkMAP chief. Our angry Baloch brothers will also be invited to this meeting."
He went on:“The issue of Balochistan will have to be seriously addressed. This government is not taking the Balochistan issue seriously.
“Akhtar Mengal resigned and this is a cause for concern. We will take to the streets. We take out rallies all over the country.
“We should determine the day on which we will protest across the country The Bar Councils of the country will be approached.”
Mahmood Khan Achakzai said: “For the first time, all political parties believe in the supremacy of the Constitution.
“If the government does not call or participate in the APC, we will start a nationwide movement. Then we will make this government quit. Hamid Raza has been made the head of the protest movement.”
He added: “The committee will submit its proposals in a week after which the movement will be launched. We are approaching Akhtar Mengal and will ask him to withdraw his resignation.”
Latif Khosa said: “The Form 47 government spread fascism throughout the country. These people talk about amending the Constitution even though they cannot do it.
He stressed: “In the Mubarak Sani's case, the chief justice has made three decisions. They make decisions and change these under pressure.
“We had to postpone the August 22 meeting due to the judiciary's decision. The public meeting will be held on September 8."
