All Pakistan CNG Association (APSNGA) Monday opposed the government’s decision of shutting down the compressed natural gas (CNG) to Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the association termed the termination of CNG in the KP as an illegal act of the government and contempt of court.
The association central leader Ghiaz Paracha said the cabinet has been misled because the 17-year-old load management policy is illegal.
Paracha said the CNG stations in Punjab were not using local gas so they did not come under the policy while shutting down the gas supply in KP was a contempt of court.
