Gujranwala's Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) handed over Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed to the police on a 4-day physical remand in the May 9 vandalism case on Thursday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Sanam Javed's lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq told the media that Sanam Javed was named in the 10th case of terrorism from Sargodha yesterday.
He said Sanam Javed was named in the case registered in Sargodha 13 months after the May 9 incident on a complaint of a person named Karim.
The lawyer said allegations of inciting the public on social media were also raised about which the prosecution could not provide any evidence.
