Granddaughter turns out to be killer of 77-year-old

A woman in Lodhran killed her grandfather when the latter put up resistance against her robbery bid, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
When Rabia Bibi, along with her husband, tried to rob the 77-year-old grandpa of over Rs0.2 million, the latter resisted the attempt. This prompted the woman to kill her grandfather by placing a pillow on his mouth which left him breathless.
Police said when the woman and her husband were questioned due to suspicion, they both confessed to their crime.
Old man’s son Mazhar Shah told the police that both the woman and her husband even made arrangements for his burial and also offered his other final rites.
The man had been killed a month and 10 days ago.
