Pakistani actress Yashma Gill lip singing on Bollywood remix song Zara Zara Behakta Hai of film ‘Rehna Hay Teray Dil Mein’. The video faced flak from the audience, they weren’t able to handle her moves, and some trolled her while others showed anger. 

Many commented that she was spreading ‘negativity’, one of them even asked her what was the pressure for posting this video. ‘Aisi bhi kya Majburi thi behn?’ 

Other comments like ‘Cringe’, ‘Ye kia tha?’, ‘Ek to inse hogaya ooper se post bhi krdia, what is this behavior?’ flooded the comment section. 

People showing their disappointment reminded the actress about her most recent religious pilgrimage ‘Umrah’.

Pakistani actress Yashma Gill works in both film and television. Gill began her career in supporting roles before taking on the lead roles in the critically praised projects Ki Jaana Main Kaun (2018) and Kab Mere Kehlaoge (2018). She also received appreciation for her performance as the antagonist in the love triangle drama Pyar Ke Sadqay (2020). Gill debuted her own YouTube video channel in 2019.

Gill belongs to the Pakistani province of Punjab's Khanewal. She was an atheist up until her teenage years, but she later became a Muslim while studying in Australia. Samina Peerzada revealed her spiritual journey and how she returned to Islam after a period of atheism in an interview. Gill completed her psychology degree at La Trobe University in Australia before moving back home.
