Azma Bukhari assails PTI’s KP CM for receiving US aid

Claims Shaukat Khanum Trust used for foreign funding to PTI

August 7, 2022 04:49 PM

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Azma Bukhari said Sunday while talking to media that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was in a state of confusion after the findings of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against it in the prohibited funding case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

She alleged that the Shaukat Khanum Trust had been used for foreign funding, adding that Imran Khan did not even spare the name of his mother.

“The excuse of technical reasons on foreign funding is wrong. Attempts were made to destabilise the country with foreign funding,” she alleged further.

“A false narrative of foreign interference was forged. Who did receive the 36 keys of US regime change?” she questioned while hinting at the United States aid to the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
