The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders have said that due to obduracy of one person, the entire country has come to a grinding halt, remarking that the ‘last ball’ is looking for Imran Khan to play it out, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
In her thread of tweets, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz said: “A maniac’s fear of having to face the music has brought the entire country to a grinding halt & a complete standstill. The country of 22 crore is without a government for weeks now. This blatant violation of constitution and disregard to SC orders will be ugly & end badly.”

“One person who is not in his senses anymore cannot be allowed to wreak havoc & bring the entire country down. This is not a joke. He should not be treated as PM or ex PM, he must be treated as a PSYCHOPATH who just to save his own skin is holding the entire country hostage. Shame”

On the other hand, PML-N spokesperson and MNA Marriyum Aurangzeb said jokingly that the ‘last ball’ was looking for Imran Sahib, but the captain had gone missing. In a light vein, she said that she even had shared the picture of the ‘ball’ on her twitter handle.

Imran Khan and his coterie used to say that the Captain would not budge and play till the last ball.
Ms Aurangzeb said Imran could have exited with grace but it’s Allah’s will to whom He bestowed with honour.
But time has gone now, get the voting on no-confidence done in compliance with the Supreme Court order, she stressed.
