Late for prayers, Babar Azam asks reporter to wrap up interview

Pakistan cricket captain Babar Azam is enjoying a great time with the bat, as the 28-year-old, who is playing for Colombo Stars in the Lanka Premier League, struck his 10th T20 hundred on Monday last.
During the game against Galle Gladiators, Babar Azam scored 104 off 59 balls, which featured eight fours and five sixes. The knock helped Colombo Stars hand a seven-wicket defeat to the Gladiators and move 3rd on the table with four points in four games.
Besides his scintillating hundred, Babar also hogged the internet after he asked the reporter to wrap up the interview early as he was getting late to offer prayers.
In a video doing rounds on social media, Babar Azam said, “My prayer time. I am going.” Here is the video shared by Pakistani journalist Farid Khan.
