PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz has dubbed Prime Minister Imran Khan “more dangerous than coronavirus”, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a public rally in connection with PML-N’s election campaign in the Azad Kashmir town of Pateeka on Friday, Maryam Nawaz said “Imran Khan is so dangerous that he has sold Occupied Kashmir and now is preparing to hurt Azad Kashmir.”

“Who gave Imran the right to sell the blood of the Kashmiris?” she asked. “What he knows about foreign policy when he spent all his life in the playground,” she taunted the prime minister.

Maryam renamed Imran Khan as ‘Kashmir Farosh’ (Kashmir seller).

“I don’t have to come to Kashmir because Kashmir is in my blood,” she said and added, “I am surprised to see such a huge number of people in the rally.”

Maryam taunted that Imran spent all his life in the playground, how could he formulate the foreign policy. “Imran is beating the public with the same bat with which he plays cricket,” she added.

The PML-N vice president said when Nawaz Sharif was prime minister, he used to inform public about every government measure. “What will this government tell to the people that they have made electricity, gas, flour, sugar and petrol more expensive,” she maintained.

She lamented that the government had made people to stand in queues for hours during Ramazan for getting just one kilo of sugar.

She claimed that Nawaz Sharif brought down loadshedding to zero but unfortunately this government had again resorted to 12-hour long power outages spells.

She said daily used items like flour, sugar, oil and other eatables were cheaper in Nawaz’s stint but now their prices were skyrocketing after the budget.

She said Nawaz got rid of IMF but the present government has pledged the country to the international lender. The government has no money to run the state affairs, she added.

She questioned from where the government got money to buy votes in AJK. She reminded PM Khan that Kashmiris were not for sale. She said as per the surveys, PML-N still was the biggest political party in the AJK.
