Nadia Jamil awaits right time to name top director who harassed her

Veteran Pakistani actress Nadia Jamil appeared in Iffat Omar’s very famous show 'Say It All With Iffat Omar' where she revealed a shocking experience she had faced in the Pakistani showbiz industry.

Talking to Iffat during the show about the darker experiences in her past, the actress said she was once harassed by a very famous Pakistani director who is also very successful today.

Nadia did not name the individual, Jamil indicated that she had been waiting for the right time to reveal his identity.

“I don’t put myself into any unsafe situation like I was telling you something about an industry figure behind the camera, I was harassed once by a famous doctor and recently Nomi Bhai ( Nauman Ijaz) asked me to do a project but when I heard “That” guy is leading the project, I refused to work, I thought it is not worth it, why to put yourself into a dangerous situation.

"I haven’t named him yet but I think there might have been many girls who must have faced harassment by him. I am waiting for the right time because I want my sons to grow up. Currently, they are too young to handle any situation like this wisely because they are angry young boys”.

Iffat Omar also said that she can’t talk about such a situation even if it happens for real because they send her court notices.
