Ali Zafar announces Rs.1 million prize for Arshad Nadeem

Pakistani singer Ali Zafar announced a prize of Rs.1 million through the 'Ali Zafar Foundation' for the Olympic champion Arshad Nadeem, recognizing his historic achievement in the javelin throw at the Paris Olympics.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Zafar expressed his pride in all Pakistani athletes, highlighting his confidence in Arshad Nadeem's ability to make the nation proud.
He shared a video of himself in which he said, "A lot of excitement and conversation on Olympics. I am personally very proud of each and every one of our athletes. One athlete in particular @arshadnadeem29, I am very confident he’s going to make us proud on the 6-8th during his competition at the Olympics."

He also praised a recent campaign by Ufone and PTCL that showcased Nadeem's struggles, calling it "beautifully done" and emphasizing the importance of national support for sportsmen.
“Let’s show our heroes the celebration they deserve. I urge the Government of Pakistan, Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz to welcome him like a hero and establish a sports academy in his name.
“If our athletes and sportsmen start getting the support they deserve we can win 10 golds a year”, said Zafar.
