Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has unveiled a detailed procedure for the selection of party candidates intending to contest the Punjab assembly elections, reported 24NewsHD Tv channel.  

According to the strategy devised by the PTI, tickets will be given to the aspirants in three phases.  In the first phase, the candidates will be announced on Monday and Tuesday. 

A decision to this effect was taken in a meeting of the PTI parliamentary boards of Punjab Board chaired by Imran Khan here on Friday. 

The candidates for North Punjab were meeting shortlisted in the meeting. 

PTI Central leadership including Secretary General Asad Umar and Fawad Chaudhry participated in the meeting. 

Fawad Chaudhry will announce the final candidates for the elections. 

The meeting chaired by PTI chairman Imran Khan was called in Bani Gala and was attended by members of, Sindh, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), Islamabad, and FATA.
