25% cut in railway fares announced

Pakistan Railway on Tuesday announced a reduction of 25 percent on its fares on the eve of Eidul Azha which will be celebrated on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The concession will be for all classes of passenger trains. It will not be applicable to fares on Eid special prayers.
According to Pakistan Railways, the cut in fares will only be applicable on current booking.
