Talented Pakistani director Badar Mehmood is the man behind the massive success of the ongoing drama serial 'Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum'.
He appeared as a guest at Maliha Rehman’s show 'Gloss Etc' and talked about the drama. After his last show, 'Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha' he got a lot of backlash for dragged scenes and choppy stories but he is now getting appreciated for a good drama 'KMKT'.
During the conversation with the host, he talked about how some scenes are censored on Pakistani television. He said that in episode 25, he had to edit a scene where Sharjeena is lying on Mustafa’s arm as such things then get challenged by the censor board.
He added that the censor should let some things go while we are showing a lovely married couple and not a girlfriend/boyfriend relationship.
He said that it was a wider shot that shows both Hania and Fahad lying together on the bed and indulging in their future discussions but I edited that scene due to censor issues.

Further, he spoke about two actors that writer Farhat Ishtiaq wanted in the script. He revealed that Hania Aamir as Sharjeena and Emmad Irfani as Adeel were the writer’s choice and they were fortunate to have them both on board.
