Distinction: Village girl becomes assistant commissioner

A village girl from Sheikhupura district has become assistant commissioner after passing the Civil Superior Service (CSS) examination with distinction, reported 24NerwsHD TV channel.
According to reports, the girl namely Dr Aqsa Noreen, a resident of Kalsian Bhattian, a village, located in the Khanqah Dogran town joined the superior service of Pakistan at the sheer desire of her father who is a retired army man.
Aqsa Noreen was accorded a warm welcome by the natives of her village when she returned after completing training training required for the Assistant Commissioner (AC).
The parents expressed delight over the daughter’s achievement and said “She has made us and the village proud.”
Aqsa belongs to an educated family. Her sister is a doctor while her brother is serving in the Pakistan Army as a Lieutenant.
