Jhelum woman who took lift from car driver raped

A woman who took a lift from a man driving a car was raped in Jhelum, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to police, the woman took a lift from the accused to go to Soka village to meet her relatives.

A case was registered against four persons including two nominated accused.

An uncle and a relative of 10-year-old Sara, who was murdered in Britain, were nominated in the case.

They were identified as Malik Imran Sharif and Muhammad Usman.

According to the FIR, the woman was raped a month ago. Chautala police registered a case and launched investigations.

Abduction cases in Chakwal and theft cases in Domeli were already registered against Malik Imran Sharif.
