CM Maryam chairs meeting at Multan Airport to review progress on ongoing uplift projects

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif chaired a meeting at Multan Airport to review progress on the ongoing development projects in Multan Division, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The CM was briefed about uplift projects, CM Initiative programme besides law and order situation in the division.
On the occasion, Maryam Nawaz hailed Awam Dost counters in various fruits and vegetable markets in the areas. She lauded the performance of Commissioner Multan. She ordered urgent measures should be taken regarding cleanliness and sewerage issue.
Maryam Nawaz made it clear that nnegligence in price control will not be tolerated, officers should monitor food prices closely. She ordered that action should be taken against those who charge more than the official rate.
CM Maryam Nawaz directed police and administrative officers to hold open courts to solve the problems of citizens. She added that strict aattention should be paid to improving the law and order situation.
Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Provincial Sports Minister Ayub Khokhar, Special Assistant Zeeshan Malik, MPA Sania Ashiq, Chief Secretary, Commissioner RPO Multan Division and other concerned officers and officials were present on the occasion.
