In connection with the martyrdom anniversary of former assassinated premier and founder of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, a public meeting will be held at his shrine in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh, Larkana today.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the PPP-backed Sindh government has completed the arrangements for the public meeting in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.

As per the schedule, the public meeting of PPP will start at 6 pm.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has directed to increase the number of walk-through gates for the participants' security at the shrine from 40 to 56.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that the workers participating in the party's rally should not be faced with any kind of problem.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that today's grand public meeting will once again reflect the wide popularity of Bhuttoism among the poor and working people, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in a message regarding the death anniversary of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto said that let us act today with renewed determination to reaffirm our commitment to Bhutto's ideology and principles.

He said that today's gathering is not just a gathering, but a collective reiteration of following the principles of the leader of the people.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the platform given by the leader of the people is where the voices of the backward classes are heard and the rights of every citizen are protected.

People are gathering to pay homage to Shaheed Bhutto's legacy, said Bilawal Bhutto.

He said that recent verdict of Supreme Court on Shaheed Bhutto case indicates truth and justice.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the court decision acknowledged the grave injustice done to the leader of the people and the deprivation of the fundamental right to a fair trial.

This is a legal decision as well as a moral endorsement of the leader of the people's unwavering struggle and dedication for democracy and justice, Bilawal Bhutto said.

Greetings to all those who came to Garhi Khuda Bakhsh from all over the country to participate in the historic gathering today, said Bilawal Bhutto.

Your presence is a testament to the strong legacy of Bhuttoism and the unwavering spirit of the people, Bilawal Bhutto added.

He said that today, let us pay homage to Shaheed Bhutto and pledge to uphold the ideals for which he sacrificed his life.

Let us strive to build a Pakistan where justice reigns supreme, said Bilawal.

He said that a Pakistan where democracy thrives and every citizen is empowered to realize their full potential.

Let's all move forward with a new determination by taking the courage and spirit of martyr Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto as a torch, Bilawal Bhutto concluded.
