September 14, 2020 04:49 PM

The wife of opposition leader in Punjab Assembly and PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz, Rabia has also contacted coronavirus.

Earlier, Hamza himself had been tested positive for coronavirus after he attended a Punjab Assembly’s session.

Hamza held a meeting with his family members on Saturday in Kot Lakhpat jail, where he has been put behind the bars on judicial remand in different graft cases registered against him by the NAB.

The main opposition party PML-N has also demanded to transfer Hamza to Ittefaq Hospital. However, the Punjab government has formed a medical board to assess the health condition of Hamza and also ruled out any possibility of shifting him to any private hospital.
