Rajat Butt, one of Pakistan's top-rated TikTokers, was released on bail on Sunday evening.
A Punjab Wildlife Department team along with Chung police had arrested Rajab Butt earlier on Sunday from his house located in Park View Society for illegally keeping a lion cub.
Rajab Butt had received the lion cub as a gift on his wedding ceremony.
Police also recovered an illegal gun from the possession of Rajab Butt.
Sources said that keeping a lion without obtaining a licence from Punjab Wildlife Department is illegal.
Later the Chung police shifted the TikToker to a local police station.
