Attempt-to-rape accused subjected to brutal torture

A video showing the torture of an attempt-to-rape accused has surfaced, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.

On August 6, a case was registered against the accused Asif at a Jhang police station.

But no arrest was made. As the relatives of the girl found the accused, they thrashed him, shaved his hair, eyebrows and moustache. They filmed the act and shared it on social media too.

The incident took place in the Jhang Bazaar police limits.
