3,000kg dead chicken meat seized in Lodhran

Lodhran Assistant Commissioner Farhan Mujtaba raided a locality in Lodhran and recovered 3,000kg dead chicken meat, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The AC Lodhran said that they have arrested some people who were about to smuggle the dead meat to the food point in the city.
He did not disclose how many people were arrested who were trying to shift the dead meat in the night.
The district administration has intensified efforts to root out the suppliers of dead meat to the city food shops.
