As per the order, the court dismissed the case against the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi on allegations of illicit relations.
Judicial Magistrate Qudratullah remarked that legally Section 496-B requires two witnesses, here we got only witness. The court is dropping the charge under Section 496-B and the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi are charged under Section 496, the order says.
The order further states that charges have been filed against the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi only to the extent of marriage in Iddat. The court has summoned the prosecution witnesses on January 18.
Bushra Bibi's ex-husband Khawar Manika's employee Latif had accused PTI founder and Bushra Bibi of having illicit relations six years ago.
