CCP takes notice of increase in broiler chick price

Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) on Saturday took serious notice of increase in prices of broiler chicks, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Competition Commission of Pakistan started its investigation after reports surfaced regarding increase of 250 percent in prices of one-day-old baby chick.
According to media reports, during first three months, prices of one-day-old baby chick registered Rs50 to Rs60 increase.
Competition Commission of Pakistan asked chick hatcheries to submit their past three months record.
