Renowned ambassador of the Kashmir Freedom Movement and Secretary General of the World Kashmir Awareness Forum in Washington, Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai has said economically strong Pakistan can play a role at the international level in solving the Kashmir dispute.
There is a need for a strong Pakistan in terms of its economy and politics as economically and politically weak Pakistan could not play a role at the international level, he said while addressing a roundtable titled ‘Current Situation of Kashmir and Future Strategy’ arraigned by Institute of Peace and Development INSPAD.
He added at present, only economically strong and technologically advanced states can play a decisive role on diplomatic fronts.
