Fire breaks out in Karachi’s Mehran Hotel

A fire broke out in Mehran Hotel located on Shahrah-e-Faisal in Karachi on Monday and all guests were evacuated in time, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Sources in Rescue 1122 said the fire erupted on the third floor of the Mehran Hotel, while rescue teams facing difficulties in reaching the spot due to thick smoke.

Later the Rescue 1122 team broke the windows and entered the hotel to bring the fire under control.

All the people who were inside the hotel were successfully rescued. 

Rescue teams and ambulances were present outside the hotel.
