UAE ambassador calls on PAF chief

United Arab Emirates Ambassador Hamad Obaid Al-Zaabi called on Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu.
During the meeting, the Chief of the Air Staff shared with the UAE ambassador his vision of modernising the P Pakistan Air Force encompassing smart acquisitions from allied countries, upgradation of infrastructure and revitalization of operational and training domains.

He shed light on the longstanding religious, cultural, and historical bond between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. The PAF chief said that Pakistan values its strong diplomatic, economic and defence ties with UAE.
The UAE ambassador praised the PAF's preparedness and professionalism. He pledged to play his role in cementing bilateral ties at all levels.
