PM phones Kuwaiti counterpart, extends Eid greetings

Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif telephoned his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Sabah and extended Eid greetings, 24NewsHDTV channel reported. 

Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Sabah responsibly warmly and expressed his best wishes for the people of Pakistan.

Shehbaz Sharif mentioned the historic brotherly relations between the two countries and reiterated Pakistan's desire to transform these ties into mutually beneficial economic relations.

Kuwait and Pakistan are celebrating the 60th year of diplomatic ties this year. The two leaders agreed to mark the event with a view to further strengthening bilateral relations in all areas of mutual interest.
