CJP calls judicial commission meeting to discuss judges appointment

In order to make amendments to the Judicial Commission rules for the appointment of judges in superior courts, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faez Isa has convened the Judicial Commission’s meeting on May 3, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Quoting its sources, the channel reported that the amendments suggested by the committee, headed by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, would come under discussion at the meeting.
