Fugitive murderer turns up for recruitment in police

A man, who showed up as a candidate to join Jhelum police, was arrested after being identified as a fugitive in a murder case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The police arrested the accused, Muhammad Waqas, on the spot. He was wanted by Sohawa police too in an attempted murder case.
According to the police, a case of 324/147/149 was registered against him.
The police put the accused behind bars and launched further investigation.
