British envoy uses facemask to highlight UK-Pak friendship

As an expression of long-term friendship and solidarity between the United Kingdom and Pakistan amid the coronavirus pandemic, British Ambassador Christian Turner posted an image on his Twitter account in which he wore a mask with the flags of the two countries on it.

In an earlier tweet posted on May 9, the ambassador had shared a video and highlighted the importance of collaboration and teamwork among the comity of nations.

Meanwhile, British Foreign Secretary Dominic in a tweet said, “This year may have been difficult to mark Ramadan but the acts of kindness and selflessness showed by the Muslim community continue to bring hope to us all.”
