Three teachers suspended for uploading anti-govt content on social media

District Education Officer (DEO) Attock on Sunday issued a notification for the suspension of three teachers, including two females, with immediate effect for uploading anti-government content on social media and participating in political activities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Kokab Shireen, Miss Sajida and Tauseef Ahmad taught at schools in Hazro and Jand.

The two females were senior science teachers, and one of them was also serving as acting headmistress at Government Girls High School Waisa in tehsil Hazro.

The third suspended teacher was deputed at Government Boys High School at Dukhneer tehsil Jand.

All the suspended teachers have been instructed to report to the deputy district officer, Attock for an inquiry without any delay.
