‘System being run with stick’: Imran asks workers to be ready for protest

PTI founder Imran Khan has said that before the February 8, 2024 elections, he was handed over three sentences but the public gave PTI a historic mandate despite nefarious propaganda, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to the media in Adiala Jail during the hearing of the 190 million pound reference case, Imran Khan said government believed that PTI will run away from the election process but their returning officer from Islamabad had run away and PTI was there in the ground.

Imran Khan said PTI had won Islamabad’s all NA seats with 50,000 lead while in Lahore election tribunals were not being set up till now as they fear that all constituencies may not get open.

He said three months has gone, and the election tribunals should have given verdicts in this regard. Imran Khan said in order to control media, Punjab Chief Minister who became chief minister as a result of Form 47 passed anti media law.

He said the government was running the affairs by creating fear in the country. He said PTI was not being allowed to hold a rally. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, not a single case was made against any opponent not we put anyone in jail.

He told the government if the govt want to prosecute a case of treason, then do it as he Imran Khan was ready for the execution.

Imran Khan said PTI knows who was behind the attack on Rauf Hasan. Imran Khan said what happened to Rauf Hasan proved that the system was being run with a stick. He asked the party workers to get ready, they will take to the streets on the issue of Rauf Hasan.

He claimed that “our patience is running out and we will protest on the streets”. He said due to the country’s poor economic condition, PTI was not coming out on the streets.

Imran Khan said the national economy is not able to bear the protest, if there is any loss, government will be responsible.

He advised the party MNA that they will not allow the National Assembly to hold budget session.

Imran said Shahbaz Sharif was saying that difficult decisions will have to be made. But he should know that difficult decisions are made when the leader give sacrifice.

He demanded that Nawaz Sharif Shehbaz Sharif and Zardari should brought back billions of rupees kept in abroad.

Imran Khan said the nation has sacrificed a lot, now it was the time the government should sacrifice the first.

He demanded that all PTI cases should be broadcast live so that the nation knows who did the theft.

Imran Khan said that now the judges were shedding the fear. Imran Khan said that Nawaz Sharif claimed that the price of my conscience was only one road. He said the road to Bani Gala was built by selling gifts from Tosha Khana.

PTI founder said Nawaz Sharif should tell the nation how they looted the money and shifted it abroad.

PTI chief said he was happy for Parvez Elahi's release. If Parvez Elahi had announced his separation from the party, he would have been released on the same day. Imran Khan said now the judges have stood up for their reputations but the govt feel a deal is done.

Imran Khan said US is allowed to overthrow the government but he was not allowed to expose America's conspiracy.

He said on May 30, he will play a match in Supreme Court of Pakistan, adding that there is hell of difference in human and inhuman societies. He said that UK’s former prime minister Boris Johnson had left the govt on moral grounds.
