11 May 9 convicts shifted to Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Jail

As many as 11 persons who had been convicted in May 9-related cases by military courts a few days ago were shifted to the Kot Lakhpat Jail, Lahore on Monday where they would complete their prison terms, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Of these 11 convicts, seven were those who had been sentenced to 10-year rigorous imprisonment, two to six years, while one to four years and the other to two years.  

Eight convicts belonged to Lahore while one each from Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Nowshera.

The convicts from Lahore were Ali Shan, Jan Muhammad Khan, Ziaur Rehman, Faheem Haider, Muhammad Hashir, Ashiq Khan and Bilawal Manzoor. 

Abdul Hadi, Imran Mehboob and Daud Khan from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Nowshera were also shifted to the jail.
