Reacting to the presser addressed by PML-N’s Marriyum Aurangzeb early in the morning, PPP Senator Palwasha Khan on Wednesday said that former foreign minister and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s decision to contest the election from a Lahore constituency had made the PML-N leadership jittery, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore just a couple of hours after Marriyum’s presser, she said that while on one hand, the PML-N accused Bilawal of using foul language against its leadership, on the other, it had unleashed its third-tier leadership to badmouth about the PPP leaders. “As a matter of fact, people like Marriyum Aurangzeb are to blame for the failure of the coalition government to deliver.”
“The PML-N has become so desperate to come to power for the fourth time that it is not even hesitating from spreading prejudices on the basis of ethnicity,” Palwasha alleged.
“Let me make this thing clear to you that Bilawal is not a newcomer in Lahore,” she said emphatically.
PPP leader reminded Marriyum that it was Bilawal who had voiced his concern when the PML-N chief organizer Maryam Nawaz was passing through hard times.
