Newlywed couple prefers watching cricket Test in Multan

A newly-married couple skipped their wedding reception and reached Multan Cricket Stadium to watch play on the first day of the second cricket Test match between Pakistan and West Indies on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to the 24News TV channel, the bride wearing a silver-colour bridal attire said she told her husband that she wanted to get an autograph from batting icon Babar Azam before their Walima reception was set into motion.

Cricket fans, present in the stadium were also surprised to see the newly-wed couple who came to watch Test match in their bridal dresses.

To make their day a memorable one, the Pakistani bowlers were on song, bowling out the West Indies for just 163 runs before lunch.
