The hospital that received the first three Israeli hostages released a week ago by Hamas from the Gaza Strip said the women were all discharged on Sunday.
In a statement, Sheba hospital said: "The three hostages who were flown to Sheba for treatment were released today."
Emily Damari, Doron Steinbrecher and Romi Gonen, all civilians, were freed last Sunday in the first hostage-prisoner exchange under the current Gaza ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas.
Israel released 90 Palestinian prisoners in return.
After being handed over to the Red Cross and driven across the border to an Israeli military base where they were reunited with their mothers, the trio were flown by helicopter to the hospital in Ramat Gan, east of Tel Aviv.
The facility said it would "continue to treat them as needed going forward". It has not given any details on their condition or what treatment they received.
