IHC to hear Khawar Manika’s petition against acquittal of Bushra and Imran in Iddat case tomorrow

Islamabad High Court is set to hear Khawar Manika’s review petition on Monday against his ex wife Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan’s acquittal in Iddat case, reported 24NewsHDTV channel. 

The newly-appointed additional judge Justice Azam Khan will hear the case. Maneka challenged Additional session Judge’s order who had given relief to Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on July 13, 2024. 

In his appeal, Khawar Manika has requested IHC to annul the decision of the Additional Sessions Judge. On July 13, 2024, the Additional Sessions Judge acquitted PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the Iddat Nikah case.
