Sessions Judge Larkana Sharaf-ud-Din Shah on Monday announced resignation from his service citing “inappropriate behavior” of Sindh High Court’s (SHC) Justice Saleem Jaisar, reported 24NewsHD V channel.

The sessions judge forwarded his resignation to Sindh High Court Registrar.

Citing number of reasons, the sessions judge alleged that Justice Saleem Jaisar sent him a message through Additional Registrar after he did not sanction a peon’s job against rules to judge’s favoured person.

After his refusal, Justice Saleem Jaisar got angry with him. Resignation letter further claimed that Muhammad Malook who had served as Justice Jaisar’s clerk hurled threats at him for not giving job to their desired person.

The sessions judge further alleged that during an inspection visit by Justice Saleem Jaisar, Additional Registrar despite being junior to him kept issuing him directives. The “wrong notices” written by Justice Jaisar against him went viral on social media without proof, he added.

The sessions judge further claimed that he remained part of the judicial system for 27 years, but now in an environment of utter disgrace he cannot continue his work further.
