GT Roads blocked, groom reaches bride’s home on relatives’ shoulder

Due to the closure of roads for the vehicles of the general public, a groom Wednesday reached at bride’s home on his relatives’ shoulders. 

According to the 24News HD TV channel, security forces blocked the River Jehlum Bridge for vehicles of the general public to halt the long march of banned religious organization Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) on the GT Road.

The groom with relatives reached the River Jehlum Bridge on a decorated car and other vehicles of the relatives but security forces stopped them to go ahead.

Relatives of the groom took him on their shoulders and crossed the bridge by walk to get the bride from her home.
