Angry Mashal Khan vows to beat politicians if they come to her house for votes

Famous television actress Mashal Khan has shared a video on social media accounts in which the lower portion of her house is completely flooded with rainwater. 

Taking to Instagram, she penned a lengthy note and wrote: “It’s a disgrace that the industrial capital of Pakistan (Karachi) has such poor drainage. What do I pay 17.5 percent income tax for? To pay politicians to have luxurious summer houses and palaces in Sindh while my city is drowning, shame.”

She further added: “Anyone who comes to me for vote will get a beating. Shame people should not have to die because of fallen poles electrocuting them.  People should have not to worry that they won’t be able to leave their houses when it rains. People should not have to spend so much money to restore their houses out of their own pockets just because our government hasn’t given us our basic rights. Drainage is an issue in the 21st century? this is such a disgrace.”
