Maulana Fazlur Rehman, president of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), said on Thursday that forces ruling Pakistan for the last 77 years should look at their deeds and see if their actions have been in line with objectives of the creation of Pakistan.

Speaking at the Babul Islam Sindh Conference in Sukkur, Fazl said that some people carrying golden sticks in their hands think that they can make Pakistan a beautiful country. He said he wanted to tell all ‘vested interests’ to take the country in the right direction. He said that people's rights and resources are being usurped. He said that Sindhis have the right to their resources and people of other provinces have the right to resources in their provinces, and these rights should be acknowledged. He said the JUI-F lost the elections due to vote rigging and this is injustice. He said that JUI-F’s seats in the National Assembly were cut.
