Three people died on the spot while two others injured as a speedy car plunged into a canal along Motorway in Sheikhupura on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Motorway police said that three persons lost their lives after their car fell into the canal near the Motorway.

Rescue teams rushed to the site and recovered three dead bodies from the water while two injured were shifted to nearby hospital.
